The Lloyd 4-U project team sent out numerous questionnaires sking what closures along the Lloyd Expressway would enhance safety. They got about fifteen hundred responses. Most of those responding favored closures at five specific intersections. Those intersecions are:
- S. Ingle Avenue at Lloyd
- N. Lemcke Avenue at Lloyd
- N. 12th Street at Lloyd
- N. 10th Street at Lloyd
- Pennsylvania Street at Wabash Avenue (Only a closure of the side street of Pennsylvania Street)
. Team members are also evaluating traffic counts and crash data
