Two businesses were damaged by fire early Sunday morning.
It happened in the 1800 block of Stringtown.
A passerby called 9-1-1 about smoke coming out of the Savannah Café.
Arriving firefighters found the fire was actually next door at Line X.
The two businesses share a common wall.
Heavy black smoke was coming from the Line X building.
It took about 30 minutes to get the fire put out.
Savannah’s Café was moderately damaged and will be closed until further notice.
