The man accused of running over another man last weekend, causing his death, will appear in court for arraignment this (Wednesday) afternoon.
Dylan Birdwell was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail late yesterday (Tuesday).
He’s charged with voluntary manslaughter and hit and run causing death.
According to a police report Birdwell ran over 39-year-old Patrick Adams on Florence Street after Adams had thrown something at Birdwell’s vehicle.
Birdwell allegedly then backed over him. Adams died later at the hospital
