New Foods at State Fair

The Indiana State Fair will welcome 23 new items on the snacking menu this year.

All the old favorites are still there, but this year, you’ll also see deep-fried cheesecake, iced coffee floats, Fruity Pebbles funnel cakes, and a grilled cheese sandwich made with two buttermilk waffles.

Or you can try a beef parfait… that’s smoked beef brisket, mashed potatoes and barbeque sauce, and there’s even a vegan brat (BROUGHT).

The state fair begins July 30.
