Two of the the World War II airplane expected for the weekend landed at Evansville Regional Airport Wednesday.
They taxied to the Evansville Wartime Museum.
The B-17 Flying Fortress flew several bombing missions over Germany during the war, and the North American T-6 Texan, a training aircraft was the last one pilots experienced before being sent into combat.
Both planes are nearly 80 years old.
A Beechcraft C-45 was also expected but was unable to come to Evansville due to mechanical issues.
The two planes will conduct flights and ground tours today through Sunday
