A Vanderburgh County jury deadlocked in the case of former Gibson County Clerk James Morrow.
He was being tried on charges including pointing a gun at a man he had been arguing with.
Morrow asked that the trial be moved from Gibson County to Vanderburgh on a change of venue.
Wednesday, the six-person jury deadlocked at three for conviction and three against, and the judge declared a mistrial.
That leaves Morrow with the possibility of being tried again at a later time.
