A local youth minister has been arrested in Tennessee for rape charges.
32-year-old Joshua Burton Henley was employed as youth minister at Evansville’s Washington Avenue Church of Christ.
The charges he might be facing include one count of aggravated sexual battery and three counts of statutory rape.
Including his job in Evansville, he was former pastor of Holladay Community Church and an unpaid volunteer girls basketball coach at Holladay Primary School.
Both were located in Holladay, TN.
Cases involve victims ranging from 12 to 16 years of age. His current bond is set at $500,000.
