Multiple charges have been filed against an Evansville man suspected of driving with a blood/alcohol content more than four times the legal limit.
Officers responded to the Broadway Liquor Store for hit and run property damage.
Witnesses said a Chevy Trailblazer hit two cars by turning onto Broadway.
They said the same car was involved in at least two other collisions with parked cars.
It then showed up at Broadway Liquor.
Arriving officers found 28 year old Cody Doninger sitting on the ground beside a vehicle with considerable damage.
He was unable to stand and blew a point-three three on the breathalizer.
The legal limit is point-oh-eight.
Some pills found inside the car tested positive for a controlled substance.
