A scary situation by the LST 325 yesterday, as rescue crews pull a man from the river.
The rescue crews responded and launched boats off Dress Plaza.
One of the LST crew members spotted the man as he was trying to climb upon the concrete.
He was taken to the hospital minutes later.
The unidentified man was awake and alert, but complained of pain in his foot.
