A lawsuit blaming the company then known as Vectren for a fatal home explosion has ended.
A judge ruled in favor of the present Center Point energy for the 2017 home that exploded at 1717 Hercules Avenue.
Two people died and three others were injured.
The litigants claim evidence from the investigation supports the contention that the explosion occurred f rom the ignition of natural gas that had built up inside the home.
Vectren denied the claims.
