A Dawson Springs teen shooting victim has died.
The victim’s brother says he was at home last night with his parents when they heard a knock on the door.
He says the victim opened the door and was shot 3 times in the face.
Kentucky State Police say 16-year-old Dakota Carter was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville where he later died.
