The man accused of setting fire to an Evansville flea market Friday night makes his first court appearance.
Police say 25-year-old Christopher Liggett confessed to starting the fire.
Liggett is free on $1,000 bail. His next court date is June 2.
The building’s owner, Barbara Staub, says some of the vendors will be working normal hours on Saturday and Sunday, trying to sell some of the things they salvaged from the fire.
