The trial for Jacob Wilson in Gibson County abruptly stopped with a mistrial last week even before a jury was seated.
It was rescheduled for Monday but was delayed again until yesterday when it finally go under way with new jury selection.
Wilson is accused of the murder of Sam Bethe, who was shot to death and left in his burning Buckskin home in 2018.
Wilson and Ashly Robling were on the lam for days after the killing.
They were finally arrested ner the Illinois/Missouri line.
Robling was sentenced to 45 years after her guilty plea
