Pool businesses have seen a little bit of trouble now that there has been a nationwide shortage of chlorine.
One of the biggest chlorine manufacturers’ labs was wiped out last year by Hurricane Lauren in Louisiana.
It’s been said that some other chemicals can be used as a substitute for chlorine.
This shortage comes as a big issue as pool demand rises due to the pandemic slowly making its way out.
Luckily in Evansville, businesses this summer should be running as usual.
