The DOWNTOWN EVANSVILLE – Economic Improvement District (EID) has an interactive lighting experience scheduled for this weekend, Friday April 23 and Saturday April 24 from 7-10 pm in the parking lot behind the Children’s Museum of Evansville.
The event, Love & Light, features multiple colored LED lights projected onto the wall of the Children’s Museum of Evansville (cMoe). This provides a great photo op for families. The event is free and everyone is encouraged to share their photos on social media using #DTEVV.
Musical entertainment, food trucks, and guided tours of cMoe will be offered.
“We’re excited for this new lighting experience – the first of its kind in Evansville,” said Josh Armstrong, EID President. “We invite the community to join us Downtown for this special experience for all ages,” he added.
THE EID plans on hosting over 60 events and experiences this year, while following Covid-19 guidelines.
