Beginning today, Republic Services will close St. Joseph Avenue and par of Meier Road.
That condition will remain until mid-August.
The closures are to allow Republics to build a bridge that will permit its trucks to pass under St. Joe.
Trucks will be required to detour to Schenk Road rather than using Wimberg or Mohr Road.
