Altstadt Plumbing will be restricting the eastbound lane of E Virginia Street between Kimber Lane & the entrance of BMV East Branch (4200 E. Virginia Street) beginning Monday, April 19th, 2021 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Emergency Personnel will be able to pass through.
