Tri State Towing is poise to get the City of Evansville’s contract again, but two other towing companies don’t think they should.
Brian Feller of Feller towing, and a representative of another company disputed Tri-State invoices as being out of compliance with city approved charges.
But city attorney Marco DeLucio says he and other attorneys have gone over the disputed invoices and found them within city regulations..
The city’s contract with Tri State will be formalized at the next Safety Board meeting.
