Evansville Police arrest a man after his argument with a woman becomes confrontational.
It happened just before 9 p.m. Sunday at Glendale Ave. and Broadway.
Officers say they had to separate 29-year-old Joseph Zack and the woman, and force Zack to the ground.
Zack told officers that he had been drinking and had driven his car with two children inside.
He was arrested on charges including Operating A Vehicle While Intoxicated and Resisting Law Enforcement.
