Emotions ran high at a special meeting last night to consider changes to Posey County’s solar ordinance.
Several farmers drove their tractors through downtown Mount Vernon in advance of the meeting, and two men and a woman were escorted out after expressing their frustration with the way events have unfolded.
Area Plan Commission members established standards on clearance perimeters, landscaping, and fencing.
The question of property value guarantees will be decided by the county commissioners.
