Officials in Evansville are looking for a car that was seen near the area on Highway 41 where an Owensboro man died last week.
The body of 74-year old James Eugene Rich was found in a ditch about five hours after he was last seen.
Police say they’ve gotten several tips that a dark colored passenger car was seen on the side of the road between 3:30 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Thursday.
