An Evansville state representative has been named Indiana’s new Secretary of State. Holli Sullivan will finish out the last two years of Connie Lawson’s term. Lawson, who resigned to devote more time to her family.
Sullivan has been the representative for District 78, which includes portions of Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties. She says as Secretary of State, her main priority is to ensure the continued integrity of Hoosier elections.
Sullivan will be eligible to run for a full term in 2022.
