Henderson Municipal Center will reopen to the public Monday.
It was a year ago Tuesday that officials declared a state of emergency due to the pandemic.
There are still restrictions: Visitors will have to get their temperatures taken before they’re allowed in and masks are required.
City officials say public meetings will continue over Zoom and will be live-streamed on the city’s website.
