The trial of a man accused of murdering his estranged wife and her former husband is underway.
Opening statements were presented and testimony started Monday in the trial of 48-year old Ernest Douglas of Evansville.
Santanna Kendle and Donte Meriwhether were found stabbed to death in a home on Plantation Court in August 2019.
At the time of the killings, police said they believed the victims had been there for several days
