A lawsuit against the University of Southern Indiana is alleging the school discriminated against a student who has a medical condition.
Court documents show that the lawsuit was filed on February 25.
Last semester, thousands of people signed a petition which said that freshman Seth Pressler was asked to leave campus because he suffered from Tourette Syndrome.
USI issued a statement saying that the university does not comment directly on any pending litigation.
