One man is in jail on a sexual battery charge after an incident at an Evansville business Saturday.
Officers were called to Luv Yu Foot Spa around 7 p.m.
Authorities say 51-year-old Mingyi Shan twice made unwanted advances on a woman who came for a massage.
The victim told police she opened her eyes and saw Shan trying to kiss her.
Shan is booked in the Vanderburgh County Jail and is charged with sexual battery.
