The Evansville Board of Public Works iis approving a 150-thousand dollar grant agreement between the Department of Metropolitan Development and the Memorial Community Development Corporation.
The funds will go towards pre-development expenses for the Memorial Villas project.
Metropolitan Development Director Kelley Coures says ten single-family homes will be built on the 200 block of Waggoner Street.
