Indiana State Police say a South Carolina man failed to pull over for a trooper, and that earned him a room in the Gibson County Jail.
Troopers say they saw Eric Briggs swerving his car on U-S 41 near County Road 725 around 2 o’clock this morning.
They tried to pull him over but Briggs’ car continued south at about 60 miles an hour.
Princeton police made use of stop sticks just south of State Rod 64. Briggs slowed down and swerved to she shoulder as he approached them and finally stopped.
The 421 year old man was uncooperative with trooper commands.
