Henderson County’s Judge Executive is issuing an appeal to people throughout the tri-state.
Brad Schneider’s message is direct: If the legislature does not fully legalize historical racing games, Ellis Park will close.
Schneider will make a presentation today to a Kentucky House committee about the significance of Ellis Park.
The park’s Historical Horse Racing machines have been in place for ten years.
However, the Kentucky Supreme Court recently ruled these games are illegal.
