Two people were taken to the hospital after they were shot yesterday afternoon.
Police say they found around 25 shell casings in the 1400 block of Garvin Street.
One of the shooting victims was found nearby on Governor Street. A witness said they heard several shots ring out.
A detective says five suspects are in custody, four juveniles and an adult.
Police say both victims suffered injuries to their lower extremities.
They describe the victims’ injuries as non life-threatening..
