A Jasper man is dead after he was hit on Interstate 64 near Dale.
Indiana State Police say 67-year-old Gerald Kluemper had parked his vehicle on the shoulder of the Interstate, gotten out and entered the lanes of traffic.
He was hit by a truck driven by Charles Copeland of Evansville.
