Evansville police answer a call for a welfare check t the McCurdy Sunday evening.
They found a person passed out in a hallway but the person quickly recovered.
The person reportedly had gun on him when the person left his apartment, and wouldn’t answer the door when police knocked. The entire floor of the McCurdy was evacuated to avoid trouble.
No charges have been filed
