A West Side Scout Troop is looking for a new home.
Pack 371 has called Evansville’s West Side home for 67, but their current charter with Westside Christian Church expires on January 28th. According to Charles Evans, the pack is currently searching for its new home. Most of the scouts from the pack attend West Terrace school. According to Evans;
“We are a self-supporting pack with our fundraising projects. We also give back to the church and area with our service projects. We have a camping trailer with all the gear to put on great cub scout camps. Dining covers with lights, dutch ovens, and large propane stove, just to name a few. We also have a state of the art pinewood/Lego derby track with computerized timing, inflatable raingutter regatta lanes, space-derby towers, and a projector and inflatable screen.”
