Officials are investigating what caused a chase this morning that spanned several miles along I-64. A F-150 pickup truck was pursuing a Chevy Cobalt, beginning around Dale, and extending into the edge of Posey County. Indiana State Police were able to make contact with the car being chased, but not the pickup. They say there appears to be a disagreement stemming from an incident in Illinois. No charges have been filed, and there’s been no official indication of a crime, other than possible traffic offenses.
