Castle High School investigating a social media post

Castle High School is looking into what school officials call a racist social media post. It allegedly was made by a Castle student.

Officials learned of the post over the weekend. They say they are looking into what happened, and say that any needed disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with school and school corporation policy. They add that law enforcement authorities are not involved in the investigation.

Castle Principal Jim Hood issued a release saying that the message in the post is not condoned nor supported by the school, and it does not reflect community values.
