Two Evansville bars are back open after being shut down by the Vanderburgh County Health Department. Chaser’s and Bud’s Rockin’ Country Bar and Grill were closed on Tuesday after the health department said they violated current COVID-19 guidelines. Both were told they had to submit mitigation plans to correct issues cited by the health department before reopening.
