Eight million dollars worth of water mains along First Avenue will soon be replaced. Over 8,000 feet of water pipe will go in between Morgan Avenue and Colonial Avenue, west of First Avenue, by the railroad near Morgan Avenue.. Program Management Director Michael LabitzkeĀ says drivers will be dealing with lane closures, and turn restrictions.
