Four remodeled homes in the 500 block of Bayard Park Drive are being readied for resale following a revitalization project from the city of Evansville and TruVest.
The investment used $150,000 from the affordable housing trust.
Each house is set to be bought and owned by their residents. The first goes on sale today (Friday)
