COVID is severe in many places in Warrick County.
So the school corporation there says elementary schools will not hold third quarter extracurricular activities for the remainder of this school year.
In a letter to parents, school officials say they understand the benefits of extracurricular activities to students, but the first priority is the safety of students and staff.
