Health care workers got the first Coronavirus vaccine early this morning (Wednesday).
Deaconess Health System President Dr. James Porter says five vaccinations were given yesterday (Tuesday) morning as part of the training.
The health care workers this morning got the first of two shots to immunize them against the Corona Virus.
Officials say the vaccinations will alternate daily between Gateway Hospital and Midtown Hospital.
