Henderson police still want to know why a van drove into the Ohio River at the Second Street boat ramp.
Divers worked in the murky water for some time before finding the van.
There was a body in the car, and the coroner says the person died from drowning.
Dispatch says they got at least five calls saying the van had gone into the river, and quickly arriving H-P-D units saw the partially-submerged about 50 yards off shore.
