Evansville Police have charged five people with making organized thefts from Wal Mart on Sunday.
Officers responded to the East Sid store to deal with subjects who didn’t present items in the checkout lines.
All of them were found to have items on them that they did no pay for when they left the store.
The combined items totaled over $4 thousand.
Facing various theft charges are 45 year old Jeff Cunningham, 40 year old Misty Cunningham,(no photo available) 20 year old George Felton, 18 year old Precious Thomas and Patience Thomas (No Photo Available).
At least two of them had prior theft convictions.
