The man convicted of a shooting outside the Evansville American Legion is due in court today to receive sentence.
Keymo Johnson faced charges in October 2019 after prosecutors say he shot five people outside the club.
No one was killed in the incident.
Johnson was convicted by jury of several charges including attempted voluntary manslaughter.
Johnson appeared in circuit court via video conference this (Thurs) morning and asked to be present in the courtroom when he is sentenced.
The judge granted his request and reset the sentencing hearing to the afternoon of December 7.
