A new restaurant is set to open next week in Evansville. Drake’s operates several restaurants. mostly in Kentucky and Tennessee, but now they’re opening in Evansville, on Hirschland Road.
Chief Operations Officer Mark Thornburg says because of he pandemic, they had to construct a massive tent to train employees and keep them six feet apart. the restaurant also had to install massive plexiglass dividers.
