An Evansville woman whose two young children and their father were killed when their car was hit by a man fleeing from police gave an update yesterday on her civil suit against the city.
Janae (ja-NAY) Carter was also in the car, but survived.
Carter’s attorney says the city was negligent for chasing Fredrick McFarland, who was running from police.
McFarland is currently in prison on charges related to the chase.
