Former University of Evansville basketball coach Walter McCarty has filed a complaint against Old National Bank.
In the document, he claims that he signed a five-year agreement with the bank, and was to be paid 35-thousand dollars a year. McCarty claims he was not paid for personal appearances beyond the first year.
A judge issued a warrant for McCarty last week after he failed to appear at a scheduled court date. Old National Bank claims the coach owes them 75-thousand dollars. First Federal Savings Bank says McCarty owes them 45-thousand.
