The City of Henderson is set to begin its fall schedule of milling and paving on Monday, Nov. 9, according to Projects Manager Dylan Ward.
The work, which is weather dependent, is expected to last two to three weeks.
Here’s the work list compiled by Ward:
–Ninth Street from North Green Street to North Adams Street
–Atkinson Street from Madison Street to Bailey Street
–Fagan Street from Clay Street to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue (small patch only)
–Highland Drive & Turner Avenue from South Main Street to South Elm Street
–Lincoln Avenue from Washington Street to KY-2084
–Wathen Lane from U.S. 60 to City Limits (patching only)
–Myrene Drive from Sunset Lane to the End
–Sunset Lane/Barker Road from Myrene Drive to Jamestown Drive
–Entrance to Belle Wood Drive
Streets will remain open but Ward urges motorists to proceed with caution when traveling through the areas where work is ongoing.
