Former Evansville mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel lost his bid for attorney general to Republican Todd Rokita.
This came as Rokita announced yesterday (Tues) that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
Rokita had beaten incumbent Curtis Hill in the Republican primary, following allegations of inappropriate behavior by Hill during an end of session party at an Indianapolis bar.
