Voter apathy is not an issue in this election.
So says Vanderburgh County Clerk Carla Hayden.
Of the more than 130-thousand registered voters in Vanderburgh County, about 30-thousand have already voted.
20-thousand have showed up in person at the early voting locations, and 12-thousand have mailed in their ballots.
The election office expects to get about three-thousand more of those before election day.
