A 15-year-old was found shot to death at the Housing Authority of Owensboro homes Saturday night. The shooting happened in the 2200 block of East 19th Street, just before 10 p.m. Officers say the body had a single gunshot wound.
Resident Christopher Rupprecht said neighbors were shocked.
“Usually that kind of stuff doesn’t happen in this neighborhood,” said Rupprecht.
